Welcome to our magnificent Périgord stone house, located in Saint Martin de Fressengeas, near the village of Jean de Cole, classified among the most beautiful villages in France. Our house is the ideal place to spend unforgettable holidays with family or friends, in a peaceful and green setting.

Our typical Périgord stone house has 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a double bed, and three upstairs with two single beds or a double bed. It can accommodate up to 8 people, perfect for large families or groups of friends. Two sleeping areas are also possible, with three additional beds, so we can accommodate up to 11 people in total. The large living room with dining area and the large fitted kitchen with dining area are perfect for relaxing and sharing convivial moments. The house is equipped with a cellar for storing provisions, as well as a very high speed internet connection (fiber optic) for teleworking or streaming.

You can enjoy our private swimming pool, the covered terrace and the large garden, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the good weather. Children will be delighted to play with the games, toys and books that we provide in the house.

Our house is located in a quiet and peaceful area, surrounded by greenery, but also offers easy access to the many sports or cultural activities nearby. You can explore the beautiful villages of the region, such as the village of Jean de Cole, classified among the most beautiful villages in France, and discover its medieval castle, its Romanesque church and its cobbled streets.

Hiking and nature lovers can explore the many hiking trails in the region, on foot or by bike. You can also enjoy the many outdoor activities, such as canoeing on the Dronne river, golf, horse riding, climbing, tree climbing and much more.
