This is a private six-acre estate, rented exclusively to one party at a time. The Great House and Cottage together sleep up to seven guests, and everything — the 35-foot pool, the gardens, the ruins, the silence — is entirely yours.

The Setting
Tucked on the quieter Atlantic side of Nevis, away from the resort crowds, Butler's sits in the foothills of Butlers Mountain on what was once a working plantation. The estate is alive with colour, fragrance, and wildlife. Mornings might bring a family of green monkeys through the gardens. Afternoons are best spent drifting between the pool and the shaded verandah, watching the light shift over the Atlantic. Wander the grounds and you may stumble across an artefact from the estate's past — a reminder that this place has a story stretching back centuries.

The Great House
The House feels like a home — because it is one. Filled with an eclectic mix of antiques and sympathetic modern furnishings, it sleeps four adults comfortably across two queen-bedrooms, each with a generous en-suite bathroom. A third room with a daybed and trundle is ideal for a young child, and comes with its own TV viewing area — a little haven for smaller guests.

The Cottage
Sitting privately on the Upper Terrace — close enough to the House for convenience, far enough for independence — the Cottage is a beautifully simple Nevisian-style space. Open-plan, with a queen bedroom, living area, kitchen, and its own verandah, it sleeps two adults in comfort. The Cottage is included with every booking, making Butler's a wonderful choice for two families travelling together, or a group wanting a little breathing room.

What's Included
Housekeeping, pool maintenance, and a gardener come with every stay, so the estate always feels effortless. A private cook can be arranged in advance for those who'd rather not lift a finger. On arrival, our local agent will meet you at the property to get you settled. We can arrange your taxi from Newcastle Airport, car hire, food supplies, and even your first dinner — so from the very first moment, Butler's feels like home.
