Want peace, gastronomy, culture, relaxation, well-being? We welcome you to Hinx, a small village 12km from Dax and 9km from Préchacq, in a rural setting for a peaceful stay in all seasons. Gîte Bertrine benefits from an ideal location for discovering Chalosse and its Landes art of living during your vacation for two or your spa treatment. You can also access the village center on foot, which offers all shops and services, and take a stroll on the nearby greenway. On site, the heated swimming pool from May to September (dimensions 10mx5m, maximum depth 1.80m) to share with the owners promises moments of relaxation and relaxation. The owner will also introduce you to and taste duck products from his farm 300m away, foie gras, preserves, pâtés... a whole range of flavors for quality local products in a short supply chain! Absolutely worth discovering. This independent rental is furnished on one level. Bright, functional and modern, it is composed of a living room with lounge (TV, WIFI), dining area, equipped kitchen area (3 induction hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, mini-micro-combination grill oven waves, top refrigerator), a bedroom (1 bed 140), a bathroom (shower) with toilet. A private covered terrace of 13m² extends the interior living space with its garden furniture, electric plancha and sun loungers and gives direct access to the swimming pool. The private washing machine is located in the cellar (access from the terrace). For your comfort, heating, electricity and water are included in the price. A travel cot can be provided on request. A vacation rental with swimming pool, ideal for a stay for 2 during your vacation or your spa treatment
