The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 200 m² house with swimming pool in the heart of nature in Barjac, which can accommodate up to 15 people. It has a lovely 85 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,000 m². We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- 85 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and pool table
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine...
- A master bedroom: queen-size bed (160×200), with en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, WC
- A separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190), one single bed
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- Bedroom 5: double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- A second bathroom with bath and WC
- A laundry room
- A relaxation area

Table football and billiards are also available.

Outside :
- An 8x6m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from May to September (swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual).
- Pool house with fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave).
- A beautiful 2,000 m² garden, not enclosed, with deckchairs, garden furniture and a children's play area.
- A 100m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Barjac, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Ardèche, Pont d'Arc, Anduze bamboo grove, Nîmes and its monuments, Pont du Gard, Avignon,

Beautiful house in a wonderfull region

The house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed. The communication with the agency and host was very smooth. The house is next to a busy road but you do not really notice it in the beautiful garden.

Mas Arguin Lovely house with great pool. Great living and kitchen area with plenty of utensils and cutlery/crockery. Located adjacent to road, so road noise can be heard from some bedrooms at night. No air-conditioning. Very warm especially at night when trying to sleep. But a lovely place overall, in an ideal location.

Idéalement située

A deux min de Barjac et très proche des plus beaux coins de l’Ardèche et du Gard. Maison avec un cachet typique sans tenir compte de la façade!. Séjour très chaud qui nous a fait souffrir de la chaleur dans certaines chambres. Très beaux moments en famille et amis 👍

La piscine a une plage peu profonde très appréciable quand on a de jeunes enfants. Très proche de Barjac où l'on trouve tous les commerces nécessaires et un peu plus ! 🙁 La précision de l'adresse : pourquoi ne pas l'appeler Mas Desmier comme indiqué sur Google ? Il y a une ambiguïté avec un autre ""Mas Arguin"" à proximité."

Il suffirait de peu...

Hé oui, il suffirait de peu de choses... Précisons d'abord que la maison est très agréable, spacieuse, très équipée, trop proche (à mon goût) de la route Barjac - Vallon Pont d'arc très fréquentée. Alors le terme en pleine nature est inexact. D'autre part, les abords de la maison sont manifestement pas entretenus par le propriétaire : la maison et sa piscine sont entourées de "dépotoires" bien visibles. Voilà, c'est dommage, car la maison à proximité de nombreux points d'intérêts, mérite mieux.

Mas Arguin "Wir waren für knapp zwei Wochen als zwei Familien mit vielen Kindern dort. Die Ausstattung für Kinder ist wirklich ausgezeichnet, es gibt vom Spielzeug für drinnen und draußen bis zur Wickelunterlage eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist super. Trotz der großen Straße nebendran ist es im Haus und dem Garten ruhig (lediglich in dem einen Schlafzimmer zur Straße raus, hat man den Verkehr wahrgenommen). Außerdem gibt es drei Hühner, die täglich für zwei bis drei frische Eier sorgen :) Weil es dieses Jahr Anfang Oktober noch so wunderbar warm war, war auch freundlicherweise noch das Wasser im Pool, für uns und v.a. die Kinder war das super! Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir mal wieder mit so vielen Leuten zusammen Urlaub machen."

Au moment de notre arrivée, nous aprenons que nous devons quitter les lieu à 10h. Nous avons trouvé un accord (quitter les chambre a 10h pour commencer le menage, et possibilité d'utiliser la cuisine et l'extérieure jusqu'à 13h30.) Sympa, mais, pas ce qui etait convenu... Bon week-end dans l'ensemble"
