About this property

We get all four seasons & starry skies! The apartment/barn has 1 bedroom with a full bed, a shower and toilet, a futon couch, queen size air mattress, pot belly stove, electric heaters, dresser, wine bar with 3 bar stools, small refrigerator/freezer, tea/coffee maker (regular/decaf provided), toaster oven, hot dog toaster, single electric burner, microwave, grill, blender, and BBQ. Outside, you'll find a horse shoe pit, archery range (bring your bow/arrows/axe), axe throwing board & hammock to enjoy. Linen is on the bed for you, an extra blanket, towels, and salt/pepper so all you need to bring is your own toiletries and food plus your own condiments (oil, butter, sugar, etc.) Keep food contained to avoid rodents and ants. Please throw your trash in the dumpster at front gate daily. Please do not TRESPASS on nearby properties.

4500 elevation, cooler weather with a breeze during summer. When it's a 100 degrees where you live, it's 90 degrees here.

What makes this property unique

The barn apartment is above the garage and separate from the main house . You can visit the mini horses and other animals any time, Archery range, horse shoe pit and axe throwing board set up in front of property. The main house and garage under apartment are off limits. Also wood and fire starters provided for pot belly stove. Queen size air mattress. Futon sofa bed Dimensions: 69"L x 32"W 29"H. All Dogs must be on a leash. I provide toilet paper, hand soap, towels, linens, and pillows, coffee (regular & decaf), salt & pepper. Bring your own condiments like sugar, honey, milk, cream, ketchup, mustard, syrup, oil, butter and food, I do not provide these because of rodents and ants. And everyone has their own dietary needs.
