This is a great condo to stay at! The location is amazing, close enough to the beach to walk but quiet. Everything was clean and the couch and beds were extremely comfortable. It is only a few steps to access the unit and the porch area was a great touch. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked this for my family to have one last trip of the summer and this place didnt disappoint. There were no other people in the building so it was very quiet. The place was clean and had everything we needed to have a great experience in O.C. The host was very attentive and was very responsive when I had a question. We would stay here again.

Easy check-in. Perfect location within walking distance to many attractions for the family. Very clean and cute. The outdoor deck is lovely for evening dinners. The beds were oh so comfy! Lots of cleaning supplies around which was great for keeping the condo clean with a toddler during our stay. We had everything we needed! The washer and dryer and dishwasher came in clutch! We would absolutely LOVE to stay here with the family again! Beautiful place!

Amazing Stay

We stayed from June 28 thru July 5, 2025 & it was the most amazing stay. We were there for our daughter's dance competition & extended our stay for the 4th of July holiday. The location was perfect for us & where the competition was being held. A LOT less traffic. We could walk out of our place & to the end of the street & get on the bus(its the end of the line depot which takes you all the way to the inlet) The place was absolutely gorgeous, enjoyed the patio area. It was clean & our home away from home for the week. We cooked many lunches & dinners at our place. Food lion was about a 7 minute drive. You get 1 parking spot in the lot but plenty of street parking as we had 2 cars. Jackie was an absolute pleasure to deal with & even gave us some suggestions when we asked as we are not from the area. We will definitely be coming back as it is not easy to find a place like this GEM!

Why they chose this property

For me, this condo is in the perfect location - close enough to walk to the beach, two blocks off of coastal highway, so there's no noise from traffic. Lots of great food options and things to do.

What makes this property unique

Last year we had the deck replaced - we also extended the deck which added so much additional space, the deck is now like another living room. Whether its relaxing, entertaining, eating, or just chilling - the deck is a perfect place to wind down before or after a long day.
