In the middle of the city

Nice to be in the middle of the city, a very spacious house and very complete. Friendly guest keeper who informed us well about the house en the environment.

Monsieur, Je suis désolé que vous ayez trouvé le logement pas tout à fait à votre gout. Concernant le réfrigérateur, celui-ci est récent, certes pendant la canicule il a dû fonctionner plus que d'habitude. Cependant il se trouve dans la cuisine au demeurant fermée, opposée aux chambres. Concernant l'accessibilité aux personnes handicapées, l'annonce et le descriptif du logement n'a jamais fait mention du label "handicapé". Je vous aurais avec plaisir indiqué au préalable des informations supplémentaires si vous l'aviez souhaité afin de vous permettre de déterminer si le logement est en adéquation avec votre situation. L’appartement est au premier étage (escaliers avec palier intermédiaire) d’où naturellement l'absence d'ascenseur (de même je vous aurais bien volontiers renseigné au préalable pour peu que les questions me soit posées). Concernant la douche elle est effectivement dans la baignoire conformément aux photos de l'annonce. Sachez que j'essaie toujours d’améliorer mon logement pour offrir à nos occupants une expérience unique, preuve en est que sur un autre site de location bien connu j'ai la note de 9.2 (FABULEUX).
