Explore Myrtle Beach from this amazing, gorgeous oceanfront condo. The Patricia Grand Resort gives you the perfect location to visit local attractions, or stay put and enjoy the Resort amenities. Condo has a new king bed in the bedroom, along with a new sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. Well stocked with most everything you need. There are even two beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests to use.

Oceanfront with Spectacular Views

Great oceanfront condo with spectacular views!! Pet friendly and great amenities for kids and adults. Pools and beach access and overall location made it easy to stay on-site. We would go back.

Wonderful place

This place is right on the beach. Beautiful view. You can see the entire beach left to right as far as you can see. Place was clean and pleasant neighbors.

Nice renovated condo. Very clean. It would have been nice to have a toaster and regular drinking glasses. Iwould rather drink milk out of a regular glass not a wine glass or high ball glass.

Clean, fully stocked unit with amazing view

This was our second stay in this unit. It has everything me and my husband needed, ample linens, pillows, blankets, stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer are located right outside the unit if needed and the forward facing balcony is the best at the resort. We watch the sunrise from the bar height stools off our balcony each morning. Check in was simple and the digital lock means we don’t need to fumble with keys or wait in any check in lines. We’ll stay again.

Great sun rise and view of the ocean. Parking is tight if you have a truck. Loading and unloading was easy by the elevators and so was the room. We would stay there again.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tom’s place. Beautiful view and listening to the waves is so relaxing. We had great weather when we were there and didn’t need the air conditioning on very much. It was nice having the doors open to listen to all “the beach sounds”. The unit was very clean and the kitchen had pots and pans that one could actually use! They weren’t all rusted out like so many other places we have stayed at . Our favorite restaurant was the Sea Captain which is within walking distance. The restaurant on site is actually pretty good for a quick bite if you don’t feel like going anywhere. Their breakfast was decent too. We would love to come back here again! Thanks Tom!

Easter Get Away

We trully could relax at this beautiful condo. Sitting on the patio lookiing out at the ocean was our favorite part. Everything we needed was there and Tom responded promptly when we needed help with the coffee pot and an extended check out. Would defitiely stay again!

Perfect location for a quick getaway!

The condo was super clean and the perfect space for my family of 4 (we have an infant who uses a pack & play while we travel). The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with items yoy may need. We will definitely book the condo again!
