Why they chose this property
Fell in love with the view, whether having my breakfast and staring in the distance at the infinite horizon and yachts or enjoying a sundowner/BBQ with friends on the veranda. Love sitting outside to work as I find it incredibly relaxing and of course practicing my yoga or meditation.
Unlike other properties in the complex, we are positioned within a few meters of the ocean without anything compromising your views of the sea and sunset. For your peace of mind, please choose carefully as some are situated in the carpark which backs onto the main road and the views are of other apartments and limited or no sea views.

What makes this property unique
One of the very few properties in the complex which boasts the fact you can walk directly out onto the grass and into the water and nothing blocking your view from those magnificent sunsets. Also been the furthest away from the main road means no noise to disturb your sleep.
