We had the most incredible stay here and can't wait to return. The property was clean, cozy and comfortable. You can tell the owner's take great care of it. The 1 minute walk to the private beach was dreamy. We loved the town of Kings Beach- great restaurants - White Cap pizza for the win! - mini golf, grocery store 2 mins away. 15 -20 min drive to Truckee too! North Tahoe was magical and this stay was memorable in the best ways.

Great trip!

The condo/location was great! Minor bummer that the previous renter damaged the pull out couch, but John/Sandra were able to have someone swing by to fix it for the rest of our stay. The condo has all that's needed, and the parking spot immediately outside the condo is convenient! Quiet condo during our stay and very easy to use. I'd recommend staying here with a single family (2 adults and 2kids 9 & 12) was very comfortable. Place was very clean and appreciated having only my family above us.

This property was perfect for our family. The unit is closer to the back of the property which is great because it’s closer to the water. You can see the lake from one of the upstairs bedrooms which is cool. Should be noted, you have to be standing to see the lake out the window, so it’s not like a sit in bed and drink coffee thing but nice to see it when your roaming around getting ready for the day. Both bedrooms have bathrooms and there’s a small half bathroom downstairs. That was a nice feature. Kitchen was stocked nicely with pots, pans, silverware, glassware, etc. We had an issue with the internet and a slider but these were addressed and owner communicated well. The grass and small beach were great. Would definitely stay here again. Recommendations-some extra paper products and trash bags would have been nice, but with Safeway across the street, it’s not a problem to go get some.

beautiful, quiet, and close to everything

What a wonderful spot. It's an end unit, very quiet, and easy access from the main road but as you enter you drive away from the main road toward the lake so you don't have the road noise. It's very close to lots of fun spots and restaurant choices, and it's right on the lake. What a gorgeous view from the private little beach, and it even had some benches to sit and relax and watch the sunset. John was excellent and recommended tons of things to do in all seasons and Sandra gave us a recommendation for sledding since the snow wasn't quiet down to the lake level yet - we loved it! The condo had everything you could need for your stay including kitchen items - even a toaster and all the cooking/prep utensils and pots/pans/bowls you could need and even had a few dishwasher pods. Dishwasher is SUPER loud, so would run that when you're gone; unfortunately the dryer is super loud too, but it's really nice to have washer/dryer in unit! The spot looked like maybe it had been empty for a bit before our arrival - only complaint was it was a bit dusty on some surfaces, but overall it was quite clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back again both in winter and in summer to try something different!
