The first-floor den features two stylish twin beds and trundles, while the second floor boasts a cozy queen bed in the primary suite, alongside a comfortable full sleeper sofa in the living room.

Long Term Living:
If you’re a digital nomad, college student, or a new Nashville resident seeking a furnished rental, consider staying longer at The Cleveland! Monthly rental pricing starts at just $2,200/month for stays of 2+ months. Affordable, spacious, and centrally located, our home offers a fantastic option for long-term living. Please note there is a refundable security deposit of $500 for stays between 30 days and 6 months, and a $1,000 deposit for reservations over 6 months.
