- Westview is located in a residential area. We kindly ask our guests to respect the rights of our neighbors to enjoy the lake by keeping noise down.
- Full Refund ONLY If the Lessee cancels a confirmed booking and the home is re-booked for the same period and at the same rate of the initial booking.
- If a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rata refund will be made. See Contract below for Cancellation policy.

Westview is located on Harris Bay overlooking Long Island and Assembly Point. Boats By George Marina, located on the Sandy Bay side of the Cleverdale peninsula, is a 1/4 mile before you get to the house on Cleverdale Rd. Very convenient for launching your boat and getting fuel for your boat. As we are on the East side of the lake, access to shopping, outlets, golf, amusement parks, hiking, and much more, are just a short drive away. A very convenient location.
