Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Terrible management group. Avoid at all costs

I had a medical and family emergency that I told them about ahead of time and they said they would call later that day to resolve. They did not and I’ve had to hound them to get someone to talk to me to no avail. All I want is a credit or refund due to this emergency and the fact that I’m in dire financial straights and was just trying to do something nice for my grandma. Shame on roompicks and Vrbo. These types of companies are what are ruining the single family home market for the middle class.
