Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was the perfect place to get away from colder weather for an extended stay! The condo was as pictured and gave us plenty of room to make some of our meals, and entertain friends. We even saw dolphins a couple of times during our stay.

Terrific Home in the heart of Del Mar

Footsteps from the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants. Quiet Street during the evening. Active during the day. I'm not sure what the standards are for providing dish cleaner and detergent. We simply bought our own at Trader Joes for a reasonable price. Nevertheless, we would stay at this residence again in a heartbeat.

The rooftop deck was incredible to sit back with a drink and just gaze at the view and the best sunsets in the world!! I will be renting this unit again. The Seascape Sur property is very well kept and very safe for the whole family. Stubbs management is awesome. I've been renting vacation properties in Solana from Stubbs for the past 5 years. I will not go anywhere else when I vacation in San Diego. Thank you!!!!

Stairway to heaven

We absolutely loved staying here. There are three outdoor spaces which is something we really enjoy. The top deck has views that are beyond sensational. We loved grilling on the patio outside the kitchen. The kitchen is large clean and modern. The decor is French country beachy chic. Very comfortable and easy to relax on the big sofa and armchairs. . There are no doubt a lot of stairs to contend with in the unit, and it is definitely a consideration if stairs are a challenge. We had to get used to all the up and down, and there are even stairs where you really don't want them or need them, but the warm ambiance of the place more than made up for it. We would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful ocean view.

The view and the location are wonderful. The condo needs some attention-especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. Shower is leaky, dingy and tired. Musty smell in bedrooms. Kitchen fairly well stocked-could use a tea kettle! We love the area and the view from the deck is spectacular. A few lounge chairs on the deck would be useful.

Great location, very comfortable property. Owners are working on wi-fi in the lower level which would be wonderful & complete The stay experience.
