We went with two other couples and we loved having three identical master bedrooms with jacuzzi tubs, large walk in showers, and fireplaces. The game room was great, too. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing pet friendly cabin

We really enjoyed our stay and being able to bring our dogs to the mountain with our family! Had great room outside for the dogs, super close to Dollywood and the other attractions. A quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, close to everything, and plenty of room for our family to enjoy time together and apart! The hot tub was great, and we enjoyed watching Dollywood's fireworks each night. The bedrooms were great, and our children especially loved the game rooms.

Great location!

Plenty of space for kids and adults alike. Only 5 minutes from Dollywood, but very quiet and tucked away property. Only ding is they never came to empty the overflowing outside garbage receptacles until we called them. The kids loved the game rooms.

Lots of Room

My family and I enjoyed our visit at the Cabin....we had plenty of room throughout the cabin to relax, pampered by all the amenities and also enjoyed our privacy. Each of the three main bedrooms was like a little get away by themselves being individual on-suites each with a gas fireplace and large whirlpool tub. The cabin was a great retreat when we wanted to chill out away from the crowds.

Dollywood trip

This is the second time staying at beautiful vista and we enjoyed it again! The location is great for what we come to the mountains to do. Dollywood is right across the street! The beds are very comfortable and the showers are large. I would suggest replacing the panels on the floor in the kitchen as they are coming up. We love the shuffle board and the back deck!

Great property and location

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and had a great time in this cabin. Our group was 2 families and 10 people in total. The cabin is well maintained and up to date. The kids loved the game room and we all loved the hot tub. Also, the property managers checked in with us a couple of times over our stay, and were very responsive to requests. For example, the trash cans outside were full when we arrived, and they took care of that issue quickly once we notified them. Highly recommended.

Great Place

We had a wonderful stay. This home was perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable, the hot tub was wonderful, and the game areas were great for entertaining everyone during the rare down times. Very clean and everything worked well. Our only suggestion is to bring all your kitchen staples. The kitchen is stocked with all needed flatware/pots/pans/plates etc. but what is needed is coffee filters, napkins, spices, plastic wrap, foil, etc. We defiantly recommend this property.

This property was such a pleasure to stay in. The hosts were prompt with communication and willing to help any time we needed it. The rooms were spacious and fit our needs. We had 13 people on this trip and we fit perfectly. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The place was clean. Overall we loved the place. It was close to many shops, restaurants and stores for grocery shopping and other needs. The property is up a pretty steep hill so make sure your vehicle can handle that but otherwise we loved it.

Great End of Year Fun

We had a great time at this property in Pigeon Forge. The location was very convenient as it is right across from the entrance to Dollywood parking. The house was clean and well appointed. The whole family loved the game room and options for things to do when we were at the house. We had other family who were staying elsewhere join us for evening fun and had plenty of room around the table and at the bar. The only issue we ran into was we had more than one vehicle and parking is shared with the building next door and there was some challenge with making sure everyone had a space. That was our only complaint. Great house for a family gathering!

Great time in Pigeon Forge

Overall property was great. New property but already starting to show a little wear with minor items. While amenities were sufficient, some items like utensils, can openers, etc were clearly the cheapest possible to check the box. As an owner of vacation rental properties I found this to be disappointing. Additionally the trash facilities were small for a 4 bedroom house with weekly pickup. With that said, the location was excellent and we LOVED the back porch! I would stay again and recommend the property. Beds were also very comfortable.

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed our stay. We have 6 kids ranging from 15-6 so the beds were ample for our needs. The kitchen sat us all for meals and there was plenty of dishes/cookware. We all enjoyed the game room. We didn’t stay outside as much, it was a little windy and brisk. The hot tub was the only bummer, it was luke warm and we did try to get in for a bit but it was too cold, so I hopped in the tub and turned on the fire which was nice and relaxing. The tub faucet in one of the masters was loose so we did not use that one. There were also plenty of linens. It was a good stay and we will come back, maybe for an adults only trip next time!

Great location but needs more pantry space

Great cabin literally across the street from Dollywood. Large bedrooms, plenty of fun games for the kids to play with and dog friendly, which was a must the Eden crest staff were very helpful with the check in process. I would definitely stay there again… My only suggestions would be about things that need to be updated… some of the drawers in the dressers were difficult to open and close… The pans have been used a lot and not taken care of so new ones would be a good idea… There was no space to store our snacks as every cabinet and drawer had something in it so maybe free up a cabinet somehow or add a pantryWe loved the fireplaces in Jacuzzis in each room. Everyone loved the hot tub on the back deck with the television.It would’ve been nice if there had been instructions on how to use the television/dish network Love the fact that Dollywood was down the hill and across the street love the fact that we were 10 minutes away from the island and all the dinner shows

family time

great venue for family getogethers, we have 3 children and they have 5 children, so was a great time for everyone. Game room grand, watching TV in the family room or outside on deck from the hot tub or while cooking was also grand. Baths and kitchen very updated, loved every minute. there was some issue with odor outside. It was a rainy weekend and smelled foul like a landfill type odor drifting from somewhere. This was not from the cabin, but outside. Loved all the gas fireplaces, very nice in setting the ambiance in each room including the baths on a cold weekend. we will look into staying here again or at slightly larger cabin for our growing family :)

Nice House with lots to do but hot tub did not work.

Nice house with lots of games/entertainment but disappointed we were notified just 2 days prior to arrival the hot tub was not working. We were told someone would come out to fix it early in the week but noone ever showed up. We were given a couple attraction passes which was nice but still wish we were notified sooner.

Excellent location

The cabin is very nice, with plenty of room in all the rooms including bathrooms. The ice maker quit working the last day we were there and maintenence came right away to look at it. Still not fixed but since we were leaving the next morning we didn't worry about it. Check-in was a little mixed up because they texted the alarm code but not the door code. A quick call and we were in. I thought there would be more information given about wifi and check out process but no. Overall loved location and the cabin. If I could make a suggestion.. a binder would be nice for future guest the Includes the wifi Info, check-out instructions, important phone numbers like the office for needing trash cans empty, grocery stores ect. Thanks for a memorable vacation.

Overpriced for what was there.

Property had issues. No internet. Television's had so many remotes that a tech savy person could not figure it out. Towels were scrathy, fabric softerner would be appreciated. Silverware was so cheap it bent. When u don't provide cleaner for kitchen table and counters or stove, that is unsanitary. 2 garbage bags for 6 days, just ridiculous. The property had a garabage dump smell. For as much as we spent. I expected more.

Will not ever book with Eden Crest again

Overall the property was nice but upon arrival we reported a LED television in the game room was not working. Took a photo and sent it to management. Maintenance came out the next day and mentioned they had a rowdy crowd before we got there. Indicating the prior guests may have damaged the tv. I received an email after checkout requesting I pay 163 for the tv and they provided a photo from 2 days prior showing the tv working. I made multiple attempts to talk to the agent that sent me the invoice and demand for payment but she has not called me back. She did respond to my email saying the owner was requesting payment. Completely unacceptable way to treat your guests and beware that you may be held accountable for damage occurring prior to your stay!

Trash issues

Loved the home itself and the location to all the attractions! However, there is no true WiFi, you have to try and bounce off the condos next to the home, so if you need it for work or school it won’t work. Also, the TVs are smart TV and you can’t stream because there is no internet. The major issues we had were with trash pickup. We had to call for days to get someone to come get it. While we waited for them to come get our trash. The condos next to us started dumping their trash all over the side of our house and an animal got into it and shredded it everywhere. We had two large families with us and we made a lot of trash. One of the managers called me after we complained multiple times and we told we would be compensated for these issues. We have now been home for weeks and we haven’t heard anything at all.
