Enchanting mill-house on private park with river and waterfall. Four bedrooms with four full bathrooms (three master bedrooms)... and tons of history. The house has living room, family room, spacious kitchen and dining area with veranda. The fourth bedroom is situated on the lower floor with its own bathroom and direct access to the garden. The park-like grounds have gardens, an arbor, lawns, trees as well as a delightful riverside entertainment area with a waterfall -A River Runs Through It-. Chateau De Moulin is situated within an easy walk to the village of Bozouls which bustles with bakeries, butcher shops, restaurants -including a 1 star Michelin restaurant and a stationary shop with international newspapers . The village has a weekly farmers market as well as a daily fish market -get your Caviar and Lobster fresh every day. The village has a medieval church St. Fauste located above the property.
