A good house to meet up with family

the house fulfilled the remit as a good place to stay for a family with young children. My sister and I met up with my brother and his family who live in Germany. There was lots of space outside for them to play also with badminton set and archery. There was also good storage facilities for bikes etc. We loved the large woodburner and plenty of logs which heated the house well. The two toilets separate to the shower and bathrooms was also good. We didn't like the nylon covers for the chairs as they kept slipping off! Also the TV room was cold but we preferred sitting in the large kitchen with the woodburner anyway. A fire guard for the burner would have been good for child safety. We liked the area and the village, we didn't manage to visit the church but it looked to be very historic and worth a visit inside. We bought bread and patisserie from the boulangerie patisserie in Trainel and can recommend it. We also went to Provins and Nogent and the nature reserve north of there. All worth a visit too.

Les hôtes et les voisins ont été très rapides à répondre aux comminunications et très accueillants lors de notre court séjour. Région agricole très paisible pour déconnecter et se reposer, mais il ne faut pas avoir peur des insectes! La maison est spacieuse et munie de ventilateurs seulement (à considérer lors de canicule). À 30 minutes en auto de Provins pour plus de services.

Bonjour Jennifer. Merci pour votre confiance et pour votre retour. En effet, entourés de champs et de bois, nous bénéficions d'une faune abondante. C'est aussi le signe, nous l'espérons, d'une agriculture plus respectueuse de l'environnement que dans certains autres secteurs. Concernant la climatisation, nous ne prévoyons pas d'en installer, car cela irait à l'encontre de nos convictions et aurait un impact sur le prix du séjour pour nos hôtes. Nous pensons qu'une bonne gestion de l'aération, ainsi que l'utilisation des volets, suffisent pour assurer un bon confort, du moins pour le moment. Merci encore pour votre commentaire, et ce sera avec grand plaisir que nous vous accueillerons de nouveau.

Super séjour !

Des propriétaires bienveillants nous laissant toute liberté pour utiliser les équipements mis à notre disposition dont notamment la cheminée avec le bois nécessaire... Malgré une cuisine un peu étroite pour 8 personnes, la maison est spacieuse avec ses deux salles de bain et toilettes, un grand salon et plein d'accessoires. Nous avons apprécié la grande table sur la terrasse extérieure et le stationnement possible pour trois véhicules.
