Bennett Point is a beautiful 4-bedroom townhome, located just two miles away from Bethany Beach in Ocean View, DE. This large 2,600+ sq. ft. home offers you all the amenities of home and has great indoor and outdoor gathering spaces as well as community amenities to enjoy like the outdoor community pool, clubhouse with a fitness center, and game room. What a great place to make new family memories!

The open concept dining/kitchen/living area creates the perfect setting for meals and entertaining. The home has a separate living area so kids and adults can have their separate living areas. Out back, you'll sit on the patio under the overhead string lights and enjoy an evening cocktail. Go out on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee. Upstairs you'll find the bedrooms and the kids can enjoy a loft area to hang out and watch TV.

When you're not relaxing at our beautiful townhome, you can explore the nearby attractions. Head to Bethany Beach and walk along the boardwalk and enjoy some ice cream or browse in the many intimate shops. Things to Know
The 2024 fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. They must be purchased and worn by all guests, six years and older, while using our amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: A surveillance camera is located in the outside enclosed courtyard off of the living space. Gate is connected to the back of the house driveway.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
