Hathaways Cottage in Stratford, Ontario, is a one room B&B, located close to the downtown and theatres. Our Ontario Cottage style home was built is 1896, and features a loft on the back side of the house. Enjoy a quiet stay, our comfortable front porch, and our delicious breakfasts. Our B&B has been in operation for over 20 years. We look forward to meeting you and staying with us.

My granddaughter and I stayed at the delightful Hawthorne cottage for one night. The hostess and her family were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was outstanding and our room perfectly appointed. I highly recommend it.

The house was cozy and spotlessly clean, and the gardens around the house were gorgeous. Our hosts were so personable and attentive. The breakfasts were very tasty, and the presentation made us feel so special. The only thing that potential guests should know is that the staircase to the guest suite is very narrow and a bit steep. The elderly should know this before booking.

Rachelle and Kevin could not have been more hospitable. My dietary needs are a little complicated but Rachelle went out of her way to meet them. Our room was neat, clean and cozy and there was a nice big walk in closet. It is within walking distance to downtown. The garden is beautiful and the house is very tastefully decorated. We definitely would love to visit again.
