1 Beach Set Service available March 1st - October 31st. A beach set includes 2 wooden chaise lounges with cushions & an attached beach umbrella. Our beach set, available for our guests to use, represents over $325 savings/week.

FLIP FLOP HOLIDAY is located 750’ from Beach Walkover Number One where we have our Beach Set, and is an easy 3 minute walk from our front steps or a fun and effortless ride with our 6 passenger Golf Cart.

2-4 night minimum during fall, winter, & early spring with the exception of Christmas, Thanksgiving, & New Year’s weeks.

Must be 30 years old or older to rent our property. A copy of your valid, current driver's license is required for age verification at initial booking.

**Children and underaged individuals are NOT allowed to drive our Golf Cart under any circumstances.
**The minimum age to drive our Golf Cart is 25 yrs +.

We do not accept any events or parties at our home. We are for quiet, family & friend get togethers ONLY.

NO SMOKING anywhere on our property.

NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Do not bring animals into our home at any time, for any reason.

No refunds for internet outages or cable interruptions.

**You are required to report any and all damages to Lynn immediately. Housekeeping will inspect the house and Golf Cart after you check out, and report damages. Guests are responsible for any and all damages, incurred during their stay, to our home and Golf Cart as agreed upon in our Rental Agreement.

Documentation is required prior to Check in: signed/dated lease agreement w full guest list w names/ages of all guests who will be sleeping overnight. (*A signed Release of Liability Form is required for each authorized driver, w a copy of their valid, current Driver's License to drive our Golf Cart. All driver's must be 25 years of age or older to be a valid, authorized user. No underaged/unauthorized usage is permitted. Failure to comply will result in eviction without refund.) Lynn will work w you to collect all needed paperwork prior to sending your Check In information.
