All entrances have keyless locks easy for self check-in with PIN code.
Full kitchen, dining set & adjustable work table setup (standing/sitting).
New 75 inch UHD/4K Smart TV in living room & furnish.
Central air heating/cooling.
All new LED lighting. Modern washer and steam dryer with complimentary detergent and fabric softener.
Private parkings 2 car in garage and many more space directly on driveway & curbside.

NOTE: We take great care of the property and are very meticulous in maintaining it for the best quality stays when hosting our guests. All bookings are fully protected with photo documents BEFORE and AFTER each stay. Security cameras are used to monitor all check-ins for safety & validation. All violations to our House Rules will be documented, reported and additional payment will be required for the extra guests beyond the number booked. Serious violations will have immediate booking cancellation and we will call the police to breakup parties and clear out the property as needed. We are very strict with our rules to provide the best services to the guests that need it either for business, travel or leisure. We will not welcome violators and will respond accordingly.
