Appartement clair avec terrasse très bien situé: près de la plage et des commerces accessibles à pied ce qui facilite grandement le séjour. Le marché est à deux pas.Le garage privé est un atout cependant nous avons une grosse voiture et le garage est diminué de largeur par une installation de placard de rangement à l'intérieur: la manoeuvre de stationnement est délicate.Le personnel de l'agence est à l'écoute et prêt à intervenir rapidement en cas de besoin. La résidence est calme malgré la proximité du bord de mer. C'est une location qui permet de rester tranquillement sur place.

Logement bien situé, légèrement en retrait du remblais mais à 3 minutes de la plage. Le parking sous-terrain est un plus.
