The city of Inverness is a great place to base yourself to plan day trips within the beautiful Highlands of Scotland. Inverness is the capital of the Highlands with many Scottish pubs, traditional music and places to eat.
The apartment is bright, airy and comfortable with good wi-fi. There is a micro kitchen which includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, basic cooking utensils and crockery. There is no cooker or hob but why waste time cooking when you are on your holidays and there are so many places to eat out!

About the host
Hosted by Susan MacGillivray
Hi, I am Susan. You will have a wonderful trip to the Highlands as the scenery is magnificent and the Scottish people are warm and friendly. I was born and bred in Inverness but have also lived in Edinburgh, Glasgow and New Zealand. I am well travelled, the most exciting place I have been was Mongolia thankfully before Covid!
I moved back to Inverness to be closer to my parents, I work full time and if I am not available my Dad John is always on hand. I enjoy meeting people and will make you feel very welcome.
I will be able to help you with planning your trip and also share beautiful places that are not in the standard travellers guide. I look forward to welcoming you.
