Hale Kamaole is a South Maui condominium complex located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III, one of the most popular, family-friendly, and lifeguarded beaches on Maui. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from your private lanai or head to the beach for a romantic evening stroll along the shoreline under a canopy of starlight. These spacious rentals, set in beautifully landscaped grounds, are an ideal setting for a relaxing sun-soaked vacation. Catch some rays next to one of two pools on the property, choose to play some tennis at the on-site tennis court, or toss a Frisbee around on the sprawling grass lawns. All condos also have free WiFi access.

The outdoor barbeque areas are a must for grilling the perfect dinner, and you'll love indulging in a night out at a large selection of nearby restaurants in Kihei or Wailea. Also choose to shop at a variety of stores located along South Kihei Rd or at the boutiques showcased at the Shops at Wailea. Great condo in a perfect location. People above us were quite loud but that’s no fault to the owner. Condo was equipt with beach toys and chairs as well as a playpen for our 1 year old. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation

Beautiful view!

The dining set on the lanai overlooks the most stunning ocean views. Easy to have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail and marvel at the amazing blue Hawaiian ocean!! Would definitely recommend and return to this property!

Everything was good, though this unit does heed a/c in the front room. Got too hot at night.

We always stay in the Kihei area, and we enjoyed staying in this condo. Like stated above, it was kinda warm in the front room at night without a/c in the living room area. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Tg Thank you

4.5 star. No options for 4.5 star. Pros: Clean, fantastic location with beach access in walking distance, tons of great restaurants around. Helpful customer service. Great amenities. Cons: AC was very loud. Noise cancellation near the entrance was not enough. Can hear the next door talking clearly. Overall was happy about the stay.

Pros: Overall the stay was great. The property is located at a great location, with beaches access, tons of dining options, and grocery within walking distance, and a local vibe. The property has beach towels, dishes and utensils, shampoos, smart TVs which were awesome. Cons: the AC was very loud. The noise cancellation was not there. We could hear the neighbor talking in the morning which would wake us up.

We walked into a nice clean unit to find a lovely welcome gift. The location is perfect - beside the pool and easy walk to Kamaole Park III. As previous reviews stated the bed was very hard. Also found the mattress on the pullout to be very thin. Had to use the extra blankets in the closet to try and pad it with little relief. Dining chairs were very comfortable but the living room chairs were very uncomfortable to sit in. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for our stay. Would be the perfect spot if the furniture was improved

Our stay was just amazing. The appartment is fully equipped and the check-in made very easily. The appartment is located in a very nice area , and quiet and surrounded with nature. I fully recommend it, we will come back!!

Good Location But Needs Attention

We've stayed in this area of Kihei before and it's great. Very convenient to many of the things we want to access and a couple of our favorite beaches are not far. This particular property seems to need attention though. There was an issue with the AC, though Vacasa responded quickly when we called them about it. We were told by the maintenance person they had received several calls about that particular AC unit. They provided a credit for the inconvenience, but I had to wonder if they would address it this time or not as what had clearly happened in the past. The overall cleanliness was not awesome. The shower really needs a scrubbing but I could live with that. However, we found that there were dishes in the cabinets that were just plain dirty with food still on them which, frankly, grossed me out. We washed everything before use after that. As a positive, the unit is very conveniently located by the pool and as a ground floor unit, it's a very short walk to get to the pool and the BBQ's. There is no assigned parking, but we never ran into an issue with parking in front of or very close to the unit.

Great condo with all the amenities, right across the street from Kamaole III Beach Park. Only drawback was the only A/C was a window unit in the bedroom.

Great location but poor hospitality

The place is great but the Vacasa hospitality was bad. No one answered our request for providing a change bed sheet, shampoo, towels even on repeated reminders. We did get missing utensils which was nice. Rest, the staff seemed sparse and overloaded and kept forgetting what we needed as basic amenities for a 20 day stay

Great Location

Couldn't ask for a better location in Kehei! The condo is right across from the beach (you can see the ocean from the lanai) and easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again. I would suggest new towels, since they were deteriorating as we used them, luckily there were beach towels that we could use instead.

Location was perfect

The location was perfect to walk to the beach every day. The house was stocked with basics only so we did need to buy lots of kitchen supplies and paper towels and toilet paper. Towels were very worn out but did the job. The bed wasn't too comfortable but the A/C in the bedroom was amazing. It was clean and comfortable for our stay. I would consider it again in the future.
