All the comforts of home!

The condo was surprisingly spacious. We weren’t really all there except in the evening and had plenty of room to spread out. The property was great with easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. I fully anticipate we will return.

Quick family getaway

Affordable quick family getaway in a convenient to beach location. Beautiful property perfectly maintained. Excellent helpful staff. Mobile check, text follow ups and email instructions were easy to follow. Clean rooms, nice pools and gym facilities. Parking was confusing but the staff was there to help. Room needed a few upgrades but was overall nice and sufficient for our stay. I sent my recommendations to staff to follow up with the unit owner.

Fun or not to have fun in the sun !

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weather was above the normal for the season and that was much appreciated coming from Wisconsin, but the Coronavirus took care of the rest. I picked the Legacy Towers because of the location. The complex employees I met were very nice and accommodating. I had a privately owned condo rented out by Biloxi Beach and the interior had multi issues and with a little work would have been nice. Word of advice, we had 2 complaints regarding noise from the people below us when in reality we were cleaning the condo due to Coronavirus.

A Restful Haven

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was average, the condo needed a good cleaning. It gets just a quick wipe down. Also, the sheets and bedding were very rough from using cheap detergents. Also, it was ashamed that we couldn't have sealed insulated water cups by the pool, that we could only have it on a table. It was just water.

Perfect location with restaurants and mall within walking distance. Of course, the near perfect weather added to the experience. One rainy afternoon to use the indoor pool and visit a local arcade. Staff was helpful from making the reservation to checking out.

Last Minut Get Away

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice and well maintained. However, the sofa bed was broken in one corner. The metal was bent. Also, the mattress had a large amount of very questionable stains and was so thin that the springs were poking into my daughters ribs. An air mattress was sent the next day. The pool for our tower was unusable for the majority of our stay. It was green and cloudy and no one knew why but said it was safe to go in. On our last full day it was addressed and cleaned. The resort is very nice overall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Legacy condos is a wonderful place to stay in Gulfport, Mississippi. Tower 2, condo 603 was very nice with a great view. It was very quiet and peaceful. I would go back again. The only downside is that the management had at least different companies coming into clean rugs, change filters, etc. I was given the opinion to say no. Also one tv still didn't have cable to it due to updates.

Not as good as we expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was nice and clean, but the disposal didn't work, so the sink was stinky. They sent someone to repair it and he couldn't. He said they would replace it, but that never happened while we were there. The location on the 6th floor helped with the traffic noise and has a beautiful view, but having the building right next to a highway meant that we couldn't hear the ocean from our balcony. The biggest problem is getting across that highway to the beach. We have young children, so we needed a crosswalk. There is one about a block away with no sidewalk access to it. You end up walking in the weeds or on another side road to get to it. This made it hard to get to the beach with our family. We spent some time in the indoor pool, which was nice, but the temperature isn't kept steady. One day it was super warm, the next not. The sauna is located in the women's (and I assume another in the mens?) bathroom and wasn't kept hot, so you couldn't use it without turning it on and waiting for a long time. Also, the office is supposed to have hours that they are open and they charge you extra for check out that is later than 10am. We decided to pay the fee to check out at noon, busted our butts to get out on time and then there was nobody in the office to check us out. I was mad. This was a weekday and they have stated hours that they're open during that time. They still took their extra $30 for the two hour late check out.... We had similar issues with checking in. They weren't there when they said they'd be so I had to find the receptionist at the corporate office and wait for her to open the office for check-in....two hours after their stated opening time. Overall, not a great experience so we won't be going back.

Snow birds should flock in Biloxi!

Very nice but not incredible

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. We had 8 people and it felt crowded. A busy street separates the property from the beach so there is a lot of traffic noise out on the balcony, so its not like you are able to enjoy the sound of the waves at the beach. It definitely would have been nice if the outdoor pool had been heated. There was no blanket for the pullout couch and no one onsite to get one for us at the time we were going to bed.

Worst Stay Ever

Reviewer Comments: The floors was nasty,The pot holder was soiled,The deco pillow cases had Dried saliva stains,The Masterroom cover had Dried semen stains,House keeper said they don't clean them,Took cover never replace it until 2 days later with a cover with hair on it said it was clean,I feel like this was a waste of my hard earn money,I wanted the to be our Family best vacation ever,But it wasn't for 1300 for 4 nights in a nasty condo and sliding doors with lock missing,,I ask to be comp for one night It never happen,Next time I just lease a hotel aleast its cleaner.
