It’s beautiful, nice, clean with hosts just a message away!! Kids absolutely loved the fire pit and s’mores.. many waterfalls around .. made wonderful memories!
This cabin was a great fit our group. The furnishings were all very comfortable and the cabin is just beautiful. The view is amazing. I made sure I was up early every morning to enjoy the sunrise and the sunset was just as beautiful.
Excellent property! The house is beautiful and has extra touches that are perfect. The views are amazing. Our family enjoyed making s’mores and memories around the fire pit. Highly recommend!
Very clean!!! The view is outstanding. Easy access, right off of 421 and very convenient to Boone and West Jefferson. The layout of the house is great although I would have preferred a TV in the main living room (the lower level was great though). Otherwise, excellent! Would definitely recommend.
Great property. Enjoyed their stay. The only problem was when we extended the stay an extra night they couldn't get back in using the original code they had. So they ended up going to find a hotel room late at night. i think it was a miss communication.

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Nice place, but……
It was a nice place but the main listing had hot tub in the title, however the tub had no water and after contacting the host received no response. I waited multiple days afterwards until posting this, but no communication. Would have booked elsewhere if I had known the hot tub was non functional.
It is a great location for folks heading to MF. Quiet ride back to cabin. Worked well for our purpose. Loved the fire pit area and hot tub.
Kitchen was a little shy on dishes particularly glasses.
We couldn’t find dish cloths and drying towels for kitchen.
The biggest problem for us was no TV on main level which is where our group gathered. One of our guests couldn’t navigate steps. There were two TVs but not accessible for all which was a problem for us.
I can’t imagine that not being a problem for others.
We loved our stay! The cabin is on top of the mountain which allows for a nice escape from reality and incredible views. It is laid out nicely for a family. There are three levels for folks to spread out yet we could all be together on the main floor to play games and sit by the fire. The cabin is decorated so neatly and is very welcoming. The owners are VERY attentive and were quick to respond if I needed to ask a question. We hope to return sooner rather than later. :)
Lovely home in a gated community. We stayed during Merlefest - about 20 minutes away - well appointed - nice gathering areas, decks - the view in the morning was great w/ sunrise over the mountain the house faces. Very serene location.
