We invite you to relax in our newly renovated condo on the quiet and most scenic part of Virginia Beach. With balcony views of wide beaches, boats entering and leaving Rudee's inlet, surfers catching the waves, and boardwalk travelers enjoying a great walk or jog, this wonderful vacation home is designed to be fun and rememberable. Newly renovated, enjoy all the amenities of comfortable living including contemporary furnishings, artwork, enhanced modern lighting, in wall fireplace and more. The kitchen provides all your needs with full size appliances, cookware, utensils and small appliances. Take pleasure in the year round pool and fitness center or take the kids to the beach playground just yards away on the boardwalk.

Condo was fantastic - clean and well appointed. It’s near the end of the boardwalk and all week we had dolphins just yards off the beach. View from the unit is excellent.

Great time

We had a great time. The location is not too crowded. You are able to walk to the jet ski rentals, dolphin tours and parasailing. There are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were very quick to respond to texts when the code to the parking garage was not working. Nice, updated condo! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Right on the beach and adjacent to a nice playground. Good amount of space for a family. Some low glass items that can be tricky with small kids but otherwise perfect for a weekend or week vacation.

What a view!!

Beautifully decorated condo with breat taking views of the ocean, saw dolphins evey day.Local seafood is excellent, ac units are very loud but if your really tired it wont matter,owner was great at answering questions about access since we were not sent proper code.

Lovely condo with great wide views of the ocean (with surfers!) and boardwalk, and three good restaurants close by. Exceptionally clean and well-stocked. Perfect.

What a gem.

An outstanding unit, with a relaxing vibe. Great location and view, saw many dolphins right off the balcony on more than one occasion. Everything is literally a short walk away, outstanding food, jet skiing and dolphin cruises, plus more. Positioned on the boardwalk where you have access, only not lots of just people passing through. Would stay here again, no question.

Perfect Family Spot

Ron and Marian are excellent hosts! They provided everything we needed and then some. This property is SECOND TO NONE in VA Beach. If you’re looking for a stunning view and a beautiful, quiet place to stay - - look no further. Mother & Daughter Getaway

The condo was exactly as described. It is located on the 11th floor. The parking spot is on the second floor of a covered garage. You go up and down a flight of stairs. The owners were easy to reach and responsive. It fit our needs perfectly and we would gladly stay again.

Virginia Beach Getaway

The condo was perfect!! Woke up every morning with a view of the beach to watch the dolphins swim by. Perfect location by Rudee's Inlet as close to seafood restaurants and parasailing. Beautiful decor, very clean, nice size bedrooms with comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen, nice size bathrooms, roomy balcony, and a spot to park in the parking garage. The owner does a great job communicating arrival information and available for questions during our stay. We hope to go back again next year!!

The condo was nice. The backdoor needs to have better locks. The screws were loose and if I was by myself, I would not have felt safe. Parking sucks.

The perfect getaway.

Lovely ~ so warm & inviting. The personal touches and the thought that went into the decor just really put this property above the rest. My sister & I went to celebrate our Christmas birthdays and it was so rewarding (to me) for her to walk in/wake up/stop for a moment and genuinely love my choice & this home. The views are spectacular ~ we thoroughly enjoyed watching dolphins & surfers during the day/walking on the beach AND the Christmas lights on the boardwalk were so beautiful at night. Convenient location & walking distance to so many shops/restaurants/services. Our hosts made sure the home was fully stocked with everything we could need & were quick in responding to any questions. While the December temps dipped, we were so warm/cozy/at home in this property. Thank you Ron & Marian Irving for a wonderful sisters trip!
