This luxury retreat in the heart of Saugatuck has everything a refined vacationer would need. Your own private backyard with heated salt water pool, hot tub, outdoor bathroom, outdoor bar, and heated seasonal pavillion with a wood burning fireplace. A great place for family gatherings and adult getaways The house has all of the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. A well appointed kitchen, coffee bar, great sitting areas, den for television watching, and large screen television with surround sound in the lower level to watch your sporting events or movies. The pool is fully stocked with beach towels, chase lounges, and many flotation devices for your relaxation. Take in all of the charm of Saugatuck including the shopping, arts, and many choice restaurants while staying in your own private oasis. The house is located .4 miles (8-10 minute walk) from downtown and a 8 minute drive to the famous Oval Beach.

Our family has enjoyed Saugatuck / Douglas for the past 14 years. We love the small town charm that is combined with great access to excellent restaurants, entertainment, and of course THE lake. We treasure time with our family, and Saugatuck is a great place to enjoy the family.

Why they chose this property

This property has been coveted by many for a long time. Its close proximity to town, and the privacy of your own retreat is a very unique combination. We were lucky enough to buy it in the Spring of 2021. We love it, and we hope everyone who stays will as well.

What makes this property unique

We love the private backyard with heated salt water pool, hot tub, and seasonal heated pavilion that also has a cozy fireplace. In addition, the pool area host a bar and its own bathroom. One can choose to enjoy your own oasis or venture into town which is only an 8 minute walk.
