This was a nice, clean and comfortable apartment with everything you’d need. It’s a good location to get around Dallas easily, too. And great communication with the owner.
We were in Dallas to be with family who did not have space for us. This is a great place. King size bed, well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable for a couple. Parking off the street. Definitely recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Zen Studio! There were three adults in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us. Two of us slept in the king bed and one slept in the pull out couch. Both beds were extremely comfortable. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Our host was always quick to respond and accessing the property was very straightforward. The location was also great. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area!
It’s such a neat li’l place. Bigger than the pictures look. We loved it. Our infant slept in the host’s pack ‘n play which was nice. We were rather comfortable all around. Yes, it’s a garage apartment but that’s selling it short. It was well-done and perfect for our little family. Great neighborhood too. We had excellent pizzas for dinner right in our dining room and an awesome breakfast the next morning. So many good restaurants to choose from. Our stay was brief but memorable and inspiring!
We stayed in the apartment a little over 2 weeks. It felt homey from the beginning. The floor plan is well thought out. I liked the separation of spaces with barn doors to enclose the bedroom (at this time of year to chill just the bedroom at night) or keep it open with free flowing spaces. Our hostess responded almost immediately to any message from us. We ran low on dish soap and received more on our porch while we were out that afternoon. All her supplies and linens are high quality with plenty for your length of stay.
The location is convenient to 2 freeways plus downtown. Plenty of varied restaurants in the close proximity. The neighborhood is experiencing gentrification and we felt perfectly safe taking our morning or evening walks. I highly recommend this property and hostess.
