House completely redone, never occupied. Large garage on the ground floor. Large living room, kitchen on the 1st floor, fitted kitchen, living room with large TV, 2 bedrooms on the second level.
House close to shops and restaurants A shaded park 2 minutes away and a pretty walk on the banks of the Nesque Pernes is located at the foot of the Ventoux near Avignon de l'Isle sur la Sorgue and the Vaucluse fountain.

Comme indiqué dans l'annonce la maison est grande et refaite, elle dispose d'un grand garage et est située en plein centre ville mais au calme. Elle est parfaitement équipée et la propriétaire est disponible et prévenante (elle nous a transmis un ventilateur pour anticiper les fortes chaleurs annoncées).Bref ce fut un très agréable séjour...
