About this property

Lovely home in Prigradica

This modern villa on the northern side of Korcula Island has a mix of Adriatic and modern furnishings. The terrace with pool has panoramic views of the sea, the island of Hvar and the mountains. On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen and dining room, which are decorated in a maritime style. The floors are connected with indoor and outdoor stairs. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom. All of them have terraces and a beautiful view. There are two parking spaces in the garage, which opens by remote control. Behind the house is a terrace with barbecue, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and later prepare delicious fish. In the center of Prigradica there are two public beaches suitable for children, sports facilities such as water polo, soccer and volleyball along with two fish restaurants. The area is famous for its olive oil and white wine. We recommend you to visit the town of Korcula.
