This cozy little home sits tucked away down a quiet gravel road—off the beaten path, yet just 2 minutes from I-55 and within 20 minutes of nearly everything you might need. Enjoy the peace of country living with the convenience of nearby city access.
You’ll love the scenic views at any time of day, often filled with local wildlife. It's a perfect retreat for solo travelers, couples, travel nurses, or small families.

1 Queen bed & 1 Full-size bed
Smart TVs
High-speed Wi-Fi and a cord to directly connect
Large kitchen & dining table
Outdoor patio—ideal for your morning coffee
Quiet and safe neighborhood
Free parking
Good to Know:
No washer and dryer available.
We live nearby and are happy to help if needed
Extended stays and flexible leases available
Please drive slowly—children and animals are often out and about
Pet Policy:
No pets allowed unless pre-approved. There is a $100 pet fee.
If you have a certified service animal, please provide documentation in advance.
Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fine.
House Rules:
No smoking inside or on the property – $250 fine for violations
No parties or events – $1,000 fine
No unapproved guests $60 fine per guest
Late checkout without prior approval will result in a $100/hour fee, plus any additional cleaning service charges
Locals within 45 minutes of the property must contact the host before booking. If the host requests cancellation, the guest must comply. A full payout refund will be given, but platform fees may not be refundable.
