Beach front home in Matulji

Situated on a large, fenced plot of land is this comfortable vacation home. It consists of a ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor and is connected with interior stairs. On each floor are large terraces with sun loungers and sitting sets, where you can enjoy your breakfast coffee and the beautiful view. In the central part of the outdoor area, surrounded by greenery, there is also a swimming pool, which will provide refreshment in the hot summer days. On the ground floor you can have fun in the recreation room with billiards and table soccer. In just a few minutes drive you can reach Opatija and the first bathing beaches, there are also beautiful pebble beaches in Icici and Medveja.

Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern.

Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern. Das Haus ist sehr groß, sauber und der Eigentümer war überaus freundlich. Wir haben sehr viel Zeit im großen Garten, dem hauseigenen Pool und dem Grillplatz verbracht, da es im August sehr heiß war. Opatija und das Meer sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, da es zu Fuß zu weit ist und mit dem Rad zu steil für Kinder. Wir haben den Aufenthalt aber sehr genossen und können es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Wirklich ein super Haus. Mit bester Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten von einem grösseren Supermarkt entfernt. Die Anzahl der Treppenstufen vom Haus zum Pool sind auf Dauer eine Herausforderung, das ist aber tatsächlich das einzige Manko. Einige Sachen sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch absolut brauchbar! Ivo ist immer hilfsbereit und freundlich gewesen und spricht bemerkenswert gut deutsch. Alles in allem können wir dieses Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!!

Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Urlaubsdomizil. Super hilfreich und freundliches Personal. Die Gartenanlage ist der absolute Traum und das Haus bietet alles was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu genießen. Wir werden wieder kommen!
