About this property

5 BR, stilt house that is seven houses from the beach. So close, there is no need for a golf cart! You can enjoy both decks for sunning and viewing the oceanfront. Enough parking for 3 vehicles comfortably.** Golf carts are available through Ocean Lakes.
Also Ocean Lakes now has a water slide and lazy river that is available to renters.

This custom built home has an open floor plan with the Master on the main floor. Sleep comfortably on the king size bed in the master suite. The kitchen, dining room, and den are conveniently located on the main floor. The second floor accommodates 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Linens are not included. You can contact our linen company for sheets and towels or use any of the Ocean Lakes approved venders. The second floor balcony has a beautiful ocean view.

Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM

**After the balance is paid I put your information in Ocean Lakes web site for the parking pass.(Express Pass). Ocean Lakes will contact you via e-mail. You will give Ocean Lakes the information about your vehicles and Ocean Lakes will give you information about how to pay for your car passes. You will be able to get them so you won't have to stop at the office when you arrive.
Only weekly rentals are allowed from the weekend before Memorial Day to Labor Day. Saturday to Saturday.

We loved the home and the location had a great time with our family. There was a few things that need to be addressed. They need a new grill. The one on the porch is broke and the king size mattress needs to be replaced. It is broke down.

Super Clean Beautiful Home!

Our family was SO pleased with this home. It was super clean, had plenty of cooking items, plenty of chairs for the patio, VERY close to the Beach! And the Seller communication was very quick! We want to stay in this beach home again!

Ocean Lakes House 2024

It was very nice and clean. All rooms are good size, and we loved the master downstairs. If I were to complain about anything we prefer a little firmer mattress in the master. But it was a great stay. Thanks Jeff Biddy

Beds were horrible

Beds were so hard I had to buy foam mattress toppers for the beds. Cost me $350 for toppers in addition to the rental fee. All needed them but could only afford 3. Now I have toppers I don’t need but was the only way to rest and sleep. Beds felt like they were made from pallets. Made our trip unenjoyable when you can’t rest at night. Grill on deck had not been cleaned in a long while. Floors were not clean. Beach access was convenient. We will not stay again.

Lovely Home

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at the Freeman’s home. It is very clean and well kept. The communication was fantastic. The close proximity to the beach made it is easy to come and go as we wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family getaway!

Close to the beach and a short cart ride to all the other amenities on the property. The house is plenty big for multiple families to vacation together.

Great New Years get away

Me and my husband and some friends stayed in this beautiful home that is within walking distance to the ocean (can actually see the ocean from the decks). We were there for a cornhole tournament and this house suited us perfect. Would love to go back for a stay in the Summer! Thanks! Jennifer

Great Place to Stay!

The house was amazing and the description was accurate. You can see the ocean from the top deck which was a great place to drink morning coffee. The Oceans Lake campground has so much to do especially for kids. We definitely kept busy between swimming in the ocean, playing at the Waterpark or enjoying some beach activities. It was a good location for traveling to other areas of Myrtle Beach as well. Highly recommend for a family friendly fun!
