nice location ! it was clean now to the ugly. coach had tap on it cuz it was falling apart couldn’t sit on it cuz of how it torn up. chair on bar is broken also bed upstairs in the frozen room broken so not enough beds for our party and with the couch the way it was no one could sleep up there had to go buy an air mattress. 9 in our party not enough towels for everyone had to wash towels before everyone could shower. shower in downstairs bathroom leaks so bad seal at bottom is rip paint on doors. just not well maintained property no pride in ownership. no toilet in bathrooms i under stand self sufficient but not to have that is mind blowing. now on to safety screens for windows r on the roof windows open all the way so be very careful with little ones the safely net around the pool is installed backwards and its very dirty in pool area. there is nothing in this house if u need coffee filters bring them trash bags bring them soap bring them ! There is nothing in the house l walmart is right down the street but still trash bags towel paper should be provided because it has to be a certain one or they will not pick up. over the host is nice but with all the problems i would not rent from this property company again. Plus remotes was with out batteries
