It was a very nice, quiet location. We enjoyed the place, lots of room. there were some nice places that the owner recommended to go to. (pizza place and a bakery) However a few things stood out, that potential renters should know: 1. The deposit is 1500 euros, but they don’t have a credit card machine. So it’s by bank transfer. This is a hassle and the money isn’t returned right away when you leave. We are over a day later and still not returned. If you don’t have 1500 euros at your disposal to wait on getting back, this isn’t for you. 2. There were no towels or wash clothes. Bring your own. 3. It is a renovated farm house or barn, there is a bit of a smell inside. Not sure if it was just renovated, the smell might go away over time. But biggest disappointment was the deposit. If we hadn’t booked last minute or if it we were able to cancel, we probably would have.
