5-Star Penthouse Oceanfront Condo

This top floor penthouse condo is one of the nicest condos in the area. The property was fully remodeled with over-the-top upgrades including: wall-to wall ocean views, tumbled travertine floors throughout, slab granite gourmet kitchen, European Decor appliances, shabby-chic design, high-end furnishings and finishes throughout. Primary bedroom looks out over the ocean. Back bedroom can be adapted from twins to a king bed for couples. If you are looking for a high-end property with whitewater views, luxury beds and linens, top-floor penthouse amenities with high ceilings and tons of natural light, you have found the perfect unit. There is one flight of stairs to reach the top floor penthouse, a BBQ grill on the front deck and there are two parking spots with the unit.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash and recycling to the dumpster in the garage. Trash is located close to the parking entrance for #315 and recycling is located south of there near the next set of stairs.
Place housekeys (2) back in the lockbox. Note there is a charge of $50 for a missing key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
