Located on the banks of the Seine, the California Dream villa offers a natural swimming pool (the Seine) and an incredible 180-degree view. This magnificent property will allow you to enjoy an exceptional setting where nature blends harmoniously with the majestic river. A total disconnection guaranteed!

Welcome to Villa California Dream 🌿✨

Treat yourself to a unique experience in a warm and modern setting, with a breathtaking view of the Seine. Thanks to its large bay windows, the villa is bathed in light throughout the day. Its cosy living room with wood stove (wood provided) makes it an ideal place to meet and relax.
An exceptional space with activities included 🎉🏖

We have added an adjoining room of 270 m² for a total of about 500 m2, a beach area with many games, which you can discover in the photos after those of the villa. All this is included, at no extra charge!

Also take advantage of our private pontoon with direct access to the Seine 🌊:

For more than 16 people, an additional 30€ per additional guests who will stay overnight and also the passing guests.

Maximum guest of passage included 40 people well validated that before booking.

🔊 Area rules:

A Marshall speaker is provided. No additional speakers or DJs are allowed to respect the tranquility of the premises.
Music is forbidden outside and no noise after 10pm.
