The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1993, was renovated in 2018, and is modern and practically furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Harrachov, district Nový Svět, 700 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on an open garden plot with meadow and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house. In this house, there are holiday apartments CSR RIG 333 (2 people) and CSR RIG 337 (7 people). The house is situated in a beautiful location with a view of the Devil's Mountain, on the border between the Giant Mountains and the Jizera Mountains. It is only 1 km from the centre of Harrachov, the cable car, and the cross-country ski trails. Additional cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity of the building - a biathlon circuit or there is the possibility to enter the groomed trails at the station. It is 800 m from the house and leads via a regular direct train connection Liberec - Szklarszka Poreba (Poland). Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.
