Uriges kleines Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet aber es fehlt an nichts. Besonders gut hat uns der Kamin und der Garten gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kleines Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, der Garten hinter dem Haus ist schön. Leider ist das Badezimmer sehr klein und das Wasser lässt sich nicht gut einstellen. Beachten muss man auch, das die 150,00Euro für die Kaution für den Strom den man Verbraucht in einer Woche drauf geht, da außer dem Herd alles über Strom läuft.

Wir haben eine schöne Selvesterwoche in dem Haus verbracht. Insgesamt war das Haus sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man hatte alles was man brauchte. Alladings waren auch die negatiwen Seiten: die Sofa im Wohnzimmer war viel zu klein und unbequem. Für 7 Personen nicht geeignet. Die Doppelbetten in den Schlafzimmern waren groß, aber zu hart, die Matratzen waren viel zu dünn. Die Einzelnbetten waren i.O. In der Küche viel zu wenig Platz fürs kochen. Was aber am negatiewstem war, das ist die Stromkosten. Das Haus war viel zu kalt, beheizt wird es mit elektrischen Heizkorpern. Wir haben nur Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmern beheitzt und trotztdem waren die Stromkosten unangemessen hoch. Die Lage war sehr schön. Die Skigebiete sind in wenigen Minuten erreichtbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten. Also mein Fazit:insgesamt war es ein schönen Urlaub gewesen, alladings wegen zu höhen Stromkosten werden wir leider beim nächsten mal ein anderen Unterkunft aufsuchen. Antwort Vermieter/Agentur: Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer hat ein Sofa und Sitzgelegenheiten, gibt es noch 2 Bänken und 4 Stühlen. Matratze passt nicht anders. Jemand will hart, jemanden měkké.El. Energie Konten bewerten. El. Heizung ergänzen können Heizung im Kamin und damit wärmt das ganze Haus. Holz ist genug vorbereitet. Die Küche ist nicht groß, aber genug, um zu kochen, Essen zubereiten, weil es in der Regel 2-3 Personen und Sie Platz arbeiten.
