Available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site. Lockable bicycle storage. The owner occasionally stays in the rear part of the property to maintain the pool or clear snow.

Hroznětín, 500 m a.s.l. The holiday house is located on a 2000 sqm large, enclosed garden property with meadow, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The accommodation is only suitable for families with children, youth groups are prohibited. Always order bed linen with your booking. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the street in front of the house.
