AH-G124 Casa Azul, Remodeled First Floor Condo, Shared Pool and Hot Tub, Near Marina

Casa Azul is a newly remodeled ground floor, 2-bedroom condo in town near the Marina. This condo has soothing blue walls with hints of modern floral and island touches throughout. An open floor plan is perfect for gathering and entertaining and never having to miss out on a conversation or fun. The full kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, spacious granite countertops, basic pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for all of your culinary needs. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for four to enjoy meals or play a friendly game of cards. There is additional seating for two at the bar. The living room is comprised of an oversized couch with plush pillows, a matching armchair, and two ottomans, made for relaxing and watching the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Sip your morning coffee or evening beverage on the back patio. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, and desk for working remotely or for distance learning assignments. The hallway bath has a large granite countertop, sink, and tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) includes a King bed, nightstands, and a closet. The ensuite bathroom has a separate vanity area from the large tile shower with a glass door. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly behind a door at the end of the hallway. This area also has access to the master bathroom. The shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area are just across the parking lot from the front door. There is boat parking right next to the building in which this unit is located. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina and Charlie's Pasture to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants and bars are only 0.5 miles away. Revel in our Port A scenery while taking a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

My family & I were impressed with how clean & well stocked the condo was. There were scented plug ins & a handy cordless vacuum for the sand that inevitably invades after you visit the beach. Kitchen was well stocked too. Complete with knives, measuring cups & travel cups. I’d definitely stay again.

The whole place was big enough for all of us! My husband and I are very picky about the beds we sleep in when we noticed it was a purple mattress we were so relieved! We have them at our home and it felt just like home!! The place was very clean the location was close to everything. The pool was fun. We talked about booking our next trip already! So glad we stayed!

Very clean and great decor. Comfortable beds and linens. Good location to the beach but hire a golf cart for easy access. I would say it needs a full length mirror and blackout curtains in the bedrooms and the a/c needs to be checked as when it’s running it’s SO loud you cannot even sleep or hear the tv. Also its a downstairs unit so if there are people upstairs - which there was, you can hear everything and as a light sleeper I found this annoying. Other than that, it’s a great place and we had a wonderful stay. The property management team is fantastic too.
