Location was perfect for traveling daily sight seeing to Zion and Kanab. Local amenities like: Pioneer Trail, Desert Garden, Thunder Junction All Abilities, Dinosaur Museum and restaurants in St. George was beyond expectations. Quiet neighborhood with quick access to highway was really beneficial for timeline with a child. Very concise check in and out directions.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home! It was very clean with beautiful decor. It easily fit the six people we brought with us. There would’ve been room forever more! It was a nice peaceful neighborhood and the pools were super fun! It’s close to St. George. Everything felt very new and well kept.

Loved this cozy, beautiful home. We had a blast playing ping pong and the location was perfect for our weekend agenda! The master has a great bed for adults, but we’d recommend kids for the other beds. Would definitely choose this property again.

Great family stay!

Great property with lots of space and amenities. Very nicely decorated and comfortable inside and out on the back patio. Also enjoyed the games in the garage. We did leave a message about a toilet being slow to flush and the water rising that we couldn’t unclog and didn’t receive an answer.

Great amenities with double pool and a ping pong table in the garage. BUT the beds filthy. The sheets were visibly soiled and wrinkled. Clearly had not been changed since last visitors. The clean sheets in the closet also seemed dingy. The TV In the bedroom had no sound.

The location was perfect for us. The decor was beautifully done. There were some cleanliness issues with the throw rugs in the unit. Dirty/badly stained. The pots and pans provided were very old/scratched and unappealing to use. We sunk into the middle of the beds as the mattresses soft and worn. We also never found a coffee pot. We also. We also could not get tv to work in the two bedrooms. Only worked in living room and master. Unit was spacious and decor beautiful and location Great. I believe with more attention to some details I mentioned I would give this a much higher rating. We also did not see contact information for after office hours.

I liked the roominess and cleanliness and everything is provided. I was not happy that there wasnt a garage door opener or a code to open it. There was a snow cone machine but no flavors. Also the dryer vent is in need of cleaning. I would definitely rent this property again if I’m in the area and would highly recommend it

Excellent floor plan! With just my husband and I we had plenty of room.

We loved the condo. Very clean and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. I would suggest better frying pans. They need replaced. The bathrooms and the laundry room were well stocked. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely Condo, great location

Beautiful, well maintained condo in a nice community, easy access off SR9 (the road to Zion Natl Park). Lots of amenities in a large, well laid out space plus parking in the attached garage. 2 lovely pools. Everything you could possibly need - small coolers, kitchen stocked with every appliance imaginable. This condo was one level, 3 bedrooms, very clean and very nicely decorated per the photos. A 10 min drive into St George as well. We will be back!
