The holiday home, renovated in 2006, is functionally furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, and barbecue facilities.

Kamminke. The holiday home is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The house is located in the middle of the village and borders on meadows. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to mid-September, diameter 3.60 m, depth 0.90 m). Pool usage also depends on weather conditions.

Es ist ein sehr gemütliches kleines Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Vermieter Paar ist freundlich und gibt auch Tips für den Urlaub. Im Haus ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Nettes kleines Ferienhaus, nette Vermieter direkt nebenan. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Leider war es doch teilweise etwas anders, als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Die Ausstattung ist eher einfach und zweckmäßig. Was für uns okay war. Allerdings war uns nicht bewusst, dass die Treppe zum Dachboden sehr steil ist. Runter sind wir alle immer rückwärts gelaufen. Für kleinere Kinder definitiv nicht geeignet! Außerdem kann nur einer von 2 Schlafräumen mit einer Tür abgetrennt werden. Der andere Schlafraum ist quasi über die Treppe offen mit dem Wohnraum verbunden. Garten mit Pool, Schaukel und Trampolin war sehr schön. Uns war allerdings auch nicht bewusst, dass die Vermieter ca. 10 m entfernt wohnen. Sie waren sehr nett und absolut unaufdringlich. So richtig wie Privatsphäre, fühlte es sich trotzdem nicht an. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, Preis-Leistung ist okay.

Es war wie immer klasse. Meine ...

Es war wie immer klasse. Meine Tochter und ich haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Vermieter, die mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen, sind sehr liebe Menschen. Das Dorf ist idyllisch und der Weg zum Stettiner Haff ist nicht weit. Ich kann es ohne weiteres weiterempfehlen.

Die Begrüßung und Freundlichkeit der Besitzer. Die Umgebung ist ausgezeichnet. Die Möglichkeit zu tollen Wanderungen, zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad, mit sehr abwechslungsreichen Routen. Die Nähe von Küstenstädten. Kamminke Strand ist auch schön. Wie für das Haus, funktional und freundlich. Der kleine Pool ist ein Pluspunkt.

Wie bei den letzten beiden Urlaube in Kamminke, war das Haus sauber und gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind unwahrscheinlich nett und hilfsbereit. Außerdem macht es Spaß mit Hund dort Urlaub zu machen, da die Vermieter ebenfalls einen haben. Meine Tochter und ich waren wieder rundherum mehr als zufrieden.
