Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room, 20 sqm and with lounge and TV. 4 bedrooms each 10 sqm and with 2 single beds. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom 10 sqm and with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet 5 sqm and with WC.
Upper floor: Living room 30 sqm and with TV. Bathroom 15 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.

This holiday home is furnished with 4 bedrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There is a TV. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
