Our contract person Jacabo was excellent and could not do enough for us. He helped us with parking odd property , ( which was included ) and escorted back to the apartment.The perfect location in Bordeaux, on one could ask for better . Looking forward to returning to this perfect location and apartment ,Gerry

The location and cleanliness of the apartment were both excellent, easy walking to most attractions, restaurants, shops, grocery store is only short walk away, and the efficient tram is a few steps away. The apartment is in a pedestrian zone with restaurants right across the street but there was no late night noise (we were there in late September and had the windows open only a little). Althoughon second floor (third for Americans), stairs were wide and easy to navigate, apartment was comfortable and had all the conveniences. Jacobo who met us at the apartment gave us excellent advice on what to see but we didn’t think to ask about how the appliances worked. We figured them out eventually although coffee maker never did work. Internet was easy to access and worked well. Bed was comfortable.

The entire staff were all very helpful with checking in and out. Jacobo even spent time writing on our city map to highlight the places we should see. The apartment is very spacious with a modern kitchen. The location is excellent, near the Grand Theater, the tramway, and Carrefour Market. We'd go back again.
