3 bedroom lovely home in Brenderup Fyn

Well furnished cottage in the settlement Bro Strand on Nordfünen. Here you are welcomed by a well-equipped kitchen, which is open to the living room with the fireplace. Three bedrooms in total, one is on the first floor and 2 on the 1st floor, where there is also a toilet. On the first floor is also a bathroom with the whirlpool as well as a sauna. The balcony on the 1st floor offers a view of the water. Among the many conveniences of the house are the terraces. One terrace faces the common area with the playground. In the surrounding area there are courts for petanque, tennis, soccer, beach volley and a playground. You can fish well here and there is also a jetty on the beach. You can cycle and walk on paths along the coast, as well as through breathtaking inland scenery. In Middelfart and Bogense there are good restaurants.

Sehr schönes Haus.

Sehr schönes Haus. Nähe zum Strand perfekt. Einige Spielsachen vorhanden.Nur Kleinigkeiten die den Gesamteindruck nicht trüben.Das Schlafzimmer, mit dem kleinen Balkon, knarzt an einigen Stellen ordentlich, wenn man drüber läuft.Leider kein zusammenhängender Strand (keine Strandspaziergänge möglich).Einkäufe nur mit Auto möglich.Wir hatten einen schönen UrlaubDanke dafür

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus.

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Bei Anreise mussten wir hier&da etwas nachputzen, weil es zB in der Küche klebte und noch Krümel im Kühlschrank lagen, die zwei Badezimmer nicht komplett gewischt waren und der Badezimmer Teppich roch, sowie der volle Staubsaugerbeutel aus dem Schrank stank. Die anderen Dinge sind als normale Gebrauchsabnutzung zu bewerten und entsprechend gemeldet worden. Der Besitzer sollte sich den Dingen bald annehmen.Sofaaufhängung komplett gebrochen, Kamingriff defekt weil das Gewinde der Konterschraube innen nicht fasste-Vorsicht!Beim Herd war eine Zierleiste abgerissen und eine Glühbirne der Abzugshaube kaputt. Ein Knopf am Whirlpool war kaputt, sodass Leider nur die Hälfte der Düsen funktionierten. Im Saunaofen fehlten etliche Steine, sodass die blanken Heizstäbe frei lagen und die Wärme weniger gespeichert wurde. Die Fußboden im Obergeschoss knackte so laut als wäre keinerlei Dämmung in den Deckenbalken verbaut. Der Einrichtungsstil ist sehr schön und die Zimmeraufteilung optimal. Der Kamin heizt das ganze Haus, sodass die Heizung ausbleiben könnte.

Tolles Haus mit allem Komfort. Gemütlich und rustikal. Schön zum Entspannen. Mit aller Ausstattung, welche man für einen Ferienhaus-Urlaub braucht. Das Meer 300m um die Ecke. Zum Baden am richtigen Sandstrand 1,5 km. Das Haus steht in einem gut angelegten Ferienpark mit Spiel- und Sportplätzen rundherum. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern.
