Charming stay - a hidden gem

We stayed a week in this wonderful accommodation in a truly lovely part of the South of France. Everything was perfect. Very much enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunsets from the balconies over the French countryside. Loved the Barbecues and swimming pool. The hosts were super nice and attentive. The location was fantastic for exploring both the countryside and beaches. Would recommend the perfume factories, sailing to Iles Lerin and local Golf courses. Mouans Sartoux is a charming village with lovely restaurants all walkable. Amazing value for the size of the property. Thank you very much and we will be back!

We had a fantastic week staying at this beautiful villa in the South of France and would highly recommend it.Patrick and Solange are excellent hosts; so friendly, welcoming and always happy to offer advice and recommendations on places to visit. Their local knowledge really helped us make the most of our stay. The villa itself is lovely, with three spacious, equal-sized double bedrooms, making it ideal for couples or friends travelling together. There are two terraces on either side of the villa, both offering beautiful views and providing wonderful spaces to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The pool and bar area were a particular highlight, with plenty of loungers and such a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring. The location is also fantastic. Bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance, and the nearby walkable train station makes getting out and about incredibly easy. We enjoyed using the train for day trips to Grasse, Cannes, Nice and Monaco, making this an ideal base for exploring the area without always needing the car.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for better hosts or a better location. Thank you to Patrick and Solange for making us feel so welcome. We would definitely return and highly recommend this villa!
