Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place bed sheets from used beds in the laundry baskets that are in the closets . Leave the Blankets and Pillows on the Bed .
If you brought a Pet , PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER THEM . THERE IS A $ 75.00 FEE TO CLEAN UP POOP OUTSIDE .
Turn off lights and Lock Up .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We MUST respect our neighbors . Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am . Do NOT park on the grass , the city will ticket you .
Use outside shower to rinse off sand and lotion BEFORE getting into the jacuzzi . Clean ALL sand off outside on ANY towels , chairs ,etc.
There will be a $ 50.00 Cleaning fee added on for any sand that is left in Washer /Dryer , Jacuzzi ,Beach wagon or toys and towels / linens .
