Beautiful apartment two blocks from the water and walking distance to Downtown St. Petersburg. The sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, new pier and shops are a short walking distance away. The apartment has been newly remodeled with new cabinets and floors in the kitchen, hardwood floors through out. Decorated very upscale and can sleep 3. Two people can sleep in queen size bed and one on the day bed. One stand up shower bathroom. Outside has grill and patio sitting area. Washer and dryer are on site. The yard is very private and quaint. Also central heat and air.

Very well located appartment in a charming area. Walking distance from the St-Petersburg pier. The appartment is cozy and well furnished. Everything was as specified on the web site, so no surprises. We really enjoy our time there and will surely considered renting again if we travel in the area.
This was our second time staying here so we obviously love it. Location can't be beat if you like being in an historic part of St Pete where you can bike or walk to downtown.
The property was located near downtown St Petersburg. Great location for restaurants, activities, walking and enjoying all that St Petersburg has to offer.
This apartment has so much to love.. location near the pier and aquatic center, comfortable living space, amenities. And if we needed anything, the hose was very responsive!!
We loved our stay in St. Petersburg! Great neighborhood close to restaurants! Wendy was a fantastic host. We had an Isuzus and she immediately took care of us!!
The apartment was perfect place to stay. Close to downtown St Petersburg but in a lovely quiet neighborhood filled with trees and song birds. Everything we could possibly need was provided including washing facilities and access to a quiet backyard. The bed was very comfortable and the whole apartment spotlessly clean.
The property is extremely well located in the Old Northeast Neighborhood of downtown St. Pete. Walking distance to all the wonderful attractions that St. Pete has to offer. Wendy is an extremely accommodating property owner. Highly responsive to requests. Would definitely stay there again.
Lots of good light in a stylish apartment within walking distance to restaurants and the pier. Desk space was a nice surprise since we had to do some work during our stay. And there was even a nice array of spices and herbs on hand. Would love to stay again.:)
Great location; enjoyed early morning walks in neighborhood and to Black Crow Coffee nearby. Appreciated the second bed option in the front area off the living room and the Keurig pod coffeemaker. Love historic buildings. Great host communication and easy check in/out. Would suggest black-out curtains in bedroom because of neighbor's spotlight. Thank you!
My wife and I made a good choice in renting this apartment for a month spanning July and August. Peaceful neighborhood within easy walking distance of a large park and walkway along Tampa Bay. Also could walk to shops and restaurants on Beach Dr NE. Easy driving distance to a variety of grocery stores which we appreciated because we cooked most days. Place well described on VRBO. Comfortable with good natural light. We thoroughly enjoyed all the art hung throughout the apartment. Kitchen well equipped. Ample dining table adjacent to kitchen. Direct access to shared laundry area. Friendly quiet neighbors. Wendy is a good host. We had no problems, but she answered right away when we contacted her with a few minor questions. Apartment was clean and neat. Great place in a relaxing city.
This is a great apartment! It is obvious this has been or is someone’s home. The decor is much higher quality than what you find in a property that has been decorated only to be a rental. The owner communicated quickly and was flexible with a request that I had. We felt the apartment was safe. This is an older property - we personally loved the charm and the neighbors seemed friendly. If you are a very light sleeper the windows appear to be original and there is an apartment overhead. It was not an issue for use, but is worth noting. Both the primary bed and the daybed were comfortable - the day bed was a good size and appropriate for an adult to sleep on comfortably.
Spent my 70th in 2019 racing a boat from Pensacola to St. Pete. My wife met me there and we drove back via Cedar Key. After spending time in St. Pete, we decided to return and hit the museums for our 30th anniversary. Covid got in the way so this was that trip. We had a ball. I chose the apartment because of proximity to downtown and the look of it. It was spectacular, great art. What you see on the website is what you get with plenty more.
A funky cool neighborhood with friendly people. Very densely populated, but everyone is respectful of walkers and parking, which is on the street. Brick roads make you drove slowly. A short walk to the bay front park where there is a beautiful walkway, arboretum, beach and the swimming center. Weather was perfect. The neighborhood is know as old North East, very safe. Reminded me of our hood in Pensacola, East Hill, and uptown New Orleans. An eclectic mix of architectural styles. Great walking. Nearer the beach reminded me of Singapore in the seventies. The only negative was a neighbors light that shone into the bedroom. They changed it out while we were there so it wasn't as bad, but the bedroom could use blackout curtains. All in all, I highly recommend it.
Lovely stay in this delightful place, which had everything I needed. I felt like I was living in a comfortable art gallery. The neighborhood is charming, quiet, and a short walk to a public lap pool and a nice long, scenic walk to downtown. Easy communication. Highly recommend!
